At Book Melb Cabs, we value your time and understand that plans may change. To provide a fair service for all customers, we have outlined our cancellation policy below.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of the booking will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
- In case of a no-show, the full fare will be charged without refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note the following conditions for all eligible refunds:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Processing time may take between 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the service was not provided due to vehicle or driver issues on our side, a full refund will be issued.
- For disputes, customers can contact our support team with booking details to review the request.
